Book Of The Month: The Death Cure
This month’s book is the last book of the Maze Runner series called The Death Cure. Â After being trapped, and escaping The Maze, living through being attacked by Cranks, and other crazy’s out in The Scorch hoping to get a cure for the flare, we find out what finally happens when WCKD gets Thomas and his friends once again.
The movie is currently in the making, however in recent reports there was a accident with a car, leaving Dylan O’Brien who plays Thomas in critical condition. Â The movie will (for obvious reasons) probably be put on hold.
The boys and girls mazes have come together once again and the “Rat Man” sits down with each person and tells them who does or doesn’t actually have The Flare. Â It seems that all of the “subjects” are finally free of WCKD, but not for long. Â Thomas, Brenda, Minho, Newt, and Jorge go on a wild goose chase to find a safe haven from all of the Cranks. Â They realize that the world they had left for the maze is much much different from the world that is around them now. Â Learn how they adapted into this new world that they were taken away from by reading The Death Cure by James Dashner!
