Chocolate Fluff Delight
This weekend when I was deciding what kind of dessert to make, I knew I wanted something easy, something chocolate, and something that my whole family including myself will like. Â I don’t usually like chocolate, so when I have a craving, I try to make the best of it. Â So I created Chocolate Fluff Delight!
What You’ll Need:
4 Graham crackers
1Â cup Chocolate of your choice
2 cups Heaving Whipping Cream
Hand or Kitchen Aid mixer
Start by either microwaving or tempering the your chocolate of choice (I used dark chocolate because it’s my favorite). Â Once the chocolate is completely melted put it to the side for cooling. Then take your graham crackers, and crush them until the texture is a crust-like crumble then add it to the bottom of your bowl (or save some and layer the fluff and graham cracker). Â Next grab your heavy whipping cream and a hand mixer or kitchen aid, using the whisk, turn it machine on for 2-3 minutes or until a little less than fluffy. Â You can also do this by hand with a whisk, but it will take longer.
I personally like little pieces of chocolate you can bite into while eating this, so I did not wait until the chocolate was totally cooled, instead adding the chocolate at a little more than room temperature to get the fluff how I wanted it. Â Combine the melted chocolate and heavy whipping cream in the mixer until fluffy. Â Add on top of the graham cracker (I shaved some chocolate on top for some decoration). Â And Enjoy!
