One Month Off Medication

I have been off of my daily medication for a  little over a month!  I cannot believe how far I have come in such a short period of time!

The wooziness, light headedness, and feeling off-balance luckily subsided after two weeks.  I feel  great and *knocks on wood* have had little to no anxiety attacks.  If I feel one coming on, I will pop a mint in my mouth and it usually goes away.

I always carry mints and minty gum with me anyway, now I just make sure that I always have the enough with me in a “just in case” circumstance.  With anxiety, you never know what will set your anxiety off, so it’s better to be safe than sorry.  Emergency medication is still an option however, I would rather take a couple of mints than take medication.
