Update

I’m back! I took a little (unintended) break from blogging, but I wanted to give you a little update of what I’ve been up to! 🙂

 

14 Months Without Anxiety Medication

Yes, you heard that right. It has now been 14 months! I’ve been so great with only the tiniest bits of anxiety that I am able to fix in a jiffy!

*Make sure you talk with your Doctor if you want to stop medication

 

Celebrated the Eagles Winning the Super Bowl

As you know, I’m a Philadelphia Eagles fan.  On February 4th I was lucky enough to watch (from the comfort of a friend’s couch) my beloved Eagles beat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl!

Learned The Art of Grounding

[to me] Grounding is the art of standing on the earth’s surface (the beach, grass, dirt, etc) and to relax, reflect, and mediate.
