How To: Bake Time-Saving St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes
*Disclaimer: Be careful with children because there is alcohol in this!*
St. Patrick’s Day is only a few days away! Â With how busy everyone is, the ending of the semester, waiting for Spring Break, papers and projects, birthday’s, family, we can don’t even have time for sleep let alone breakfast. Â So, here is a fast and easy way to bake cupcakes that everyone will enjoy!
What You’ll Need:
White cake mix
Vanilla frosting
Green food coloring
Bailey’s Irish Creme
I went out and bought my favorite white cake mix and my favorite vanilla frosting
Follow the directions on your cake mix box, and add 5 drops of green food coloring for a festive flare! Â While you wait until they are cooled, we are going to start on the frosting!
Grab your vanilla frosting, and separate half into a small bowl. (Now here comes the fun part!) Grab your Bailey’s Irish Creme and add 2 teaspoons (to taste) into half the frosting.  Stir to combine.  The vanilla and Bailey’s flavors pair very well together!  If you need both halves of the frosting, then do the same with the second half.
Once your cupcakes are nice and cooled, add your Bailey’s vanilla frosting to the top!
Your friends will think you are an amazing baker! Plus, The Bailey’s gives it a nice touch!
Enjoy and Happy St. Patricks Day! 🙂
These cupcakes look so delicious! I love the Bailey’s frosting, I can’t wait to make them myself.
The are so easy and fast! I hope you enjoy baking them! 🙂
